Special Requests has a subscribed network of worldwide influential DJs, who support and play groundbreaking new electronic music. Covering club and specialist radio shows on platforms ranging from blossoming independent digital stations, through to relevant shows on national radio. As well as plays, we can also secure interviews and guest mixes.

We believe club promotion and specialist radio plugging can be the glue in a campaign that brings together other promotional elements: gathering upfront support and positive feedback from DJs who can break a record through plays at clubs, festivals and radio which, in turn, can be great promo hype for your campaign.

Alvin draws on 30 years’ experience in the music industry that includes DJ’ing at clubs, warehouses and festivals, expertise gained from time working in a dance specialist record store, plus a career at seminal independent record label Wall of Sound, covering A&R coordination, club & festival curation and forming & establishing the in-house club promotion department..
